Older buildings, brought up to standard.

We renovate, and a good deal of our work is in buildings fifty, sixty and seventy years old. Walls come out. Ceilings go back in. Brick and timber get added where the original had neither.

That work is unglamorous before it is beautiful. The plan gets fixed first — the 1968 kitchen closed off from the living room, the bifold closet where a wall of millwork belongs — and the finishes come last, not first.

We hold the standard on the parts nobody photographs. Level, plumb, square, and clean at the end of the day.
