On a detailed interior the failure is rarely one trade being bad. It is four trades sequenced badly — the tile arriving before the substrate is right, the electrician gone before the lighting is set out, the countertop template taken off a cabinet that still has to move.

We hold the sequence. One contract, one schedule, one person accountable for the whole of it.

We report plainly, including the parts that slip. There is a page on this site that lists our year job by job, on time and over, and we would rather you read that than take our word for anything.
